About us

Holland Education Support Centre (HESC) is a new section of NLCC that in cooperation with higher education institutions in the Netherlands and other organizations provides information about the education possibilities in the Netherlands to the Latvian and the Baltic prospective students.

Our aim is trough constant activities as well participation in the main education fairs in Baltics to inform the internationally orientated students about opportunities to gain higher education in the Netherlands thereby becoming the main Dutch education information centre in the Baltics as well the support centre for the Dutch higher education institutions interested in informing Baltic students about their offered study programs.

We aim also on keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the Netherlands and to connect them to a range of educational networks and study opportunities, therefore being able to ensure professional advice on study options, to offer a range of resources, such as information on courses, qualifications, institutions, entrance examination requirements, visas or living permits and travel, etc.

Holland Education Support centre of NLCC is officially authorized to represent the education in the Netherlands and is supported by the Royal Netherlands Embassies in all three Baltic states.
