Holland Education Support Centre (HESC) strives to be the intermediary between the education community of the Baltic countries and the education community of the Netherlands. It offers a wide range of information and student recruitment services in Latvia and other Baltic Countries, including
- marketing activities
- promotion of Dutch higher education institutions
- representation of individual universities
- counseling and support for potential and recruited students
- consultation with local authorities and /or the Netherlands diplomatic representations
- administering institutional exams or/and tests
HESC in cooperation with the Netherlands Royal Embassy organizes Dutch higher education promotion campaigns, including advertising in mass media, participating at education fairs, visiting schools and making presentations..
HESC invites Dutch higher education institutions – research universities, universities of professional education and international institutes to cooperate and participate in HESC promotion campaign thus making Dutch higher education attractive and accessible for the Baltic students, as well improving quality of life and increasing intercultural awareness.
